The ultimate responsibility of Interface-Samaritan Counseling Centers rests with its Board of Directors. The Board is composed of representatives from sponsoring organizations and the community at large. Board members are elected by the present Board from nominations proposed by the Board committee charged with that responsibility. The primary duties of the Board are to establish policy, ensure necessary operating resources and evaluate operating results.
