Job Title: Psychotherapist :  Full-Time (FT), and Half-Time (HT) positions open

Employer/ Agency: Interface-Samaritan Counseling Centers (ISCC)

Job Description: Experienced Licensed Mental Health Practitioner to provide out-patient  psychotherapy services for children and adults.  ISCC, a faith-based agency affiliated with the international Samaritan Institute, offers opportunity to join our team of professionals serving the Greater Houston area for over 38 years.  ISCC provides professional counseling, consulting, and educational services for individuals, families, organizations, and the community to promote healing and wholeness in mind, body, and spirit.  Primary location in the Galleria area, with particular need to staff offices in Katy and Spring.

Qualifications: Must be licensed to practice independently and currently credentialed or eligible to participate on insurance preferred provider panels. 

Ideal opportunity for a provider to merge practice with the resources of our agency to develop increased referral and client base, including opportunity to participate in outreach programs to  underserved communities and those in need through ISCC client assistance funding.

Salary/Hours: Compensation is based on a percentage of gross revenues, with individual and agency bonus potential. FT clinical staff also receive monetary benefits for medical Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and continuing education.  ISCC does not offer group medical insurance.  Staff positions are W2 employment, with associated employer paid taxes.

FT staff are expected to build and maintain a caseload of 25-30 therapy hours per week, and HT staff are expected to build and maintain a caseload of 12-15 therapy hours per week. Scheduling is flexible, with some evening hours preferred.
